Service Policy:
We are committed to Ramaxel branded products in the Chinese market. Starting from the date of purchase, your product has a limited 3-year replacement and lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
 
1.         Three-year replacement, lifetime warranty 
 
If your product does not work properly due to non-human factors and has no cosmetic damages, you can get our free repair or replacement service within three years from the date of original purchase. After the three year of mark, you can get free repair services (customer pays the basic cost).
 
2.         Limited Warranty
 
Warranty does not apply to the following:
 
      Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.), irresistible force (impact, corrosion, etc.), or problems that resulted from abuse and misuse.
      The product has been serviced, repaired or modified by personnel who is not authorized by  Ramaxel. 
      Labels or anti-counterfeit labels have been modified, defaced, removed, or damaged.
      Severe damages including but not limited to a completely broken PCB, removed memory chips, EEPROM chips off, burnt out pins (more than two), or in non-usable condition (exceptional wear or tear or scrapes).
      Counterfeit products.
      Compatibility problems due to other poorly designed products.
◆    Serial number doesn't match.
    No functional damage, such as label damaged and torn due to self-installation of the heat sink.
 
3.         Warranty Claim Procedures
 
In order to obtain warranty service, please contact your vendor to provide you with repair services. Please confirm the terms of return policies on the Ramaxel web site (www.ramaxel.com) prior to returning the product. In general, you need to provide product identification such as product model and serial number, and an as detailed as possible description of the problem encountered. In addition, invoices and other documents are needed as evidences that the product is still under warranty period. 
 
4.       Disclaimer
(1) Please back up your data before sending for repair. Ramaxel cannot guarantee that
your data will be saved in the repair process.
(2) Ramaxel will replace your product with a new compatible product if it is no longer in
production.
(3) Ramaxel products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support
equipment or for applications in which the failure or malfunction of the products would
create a situation in which personal injury or death is likely to occur. Ramaxel shall not be
liable for the death of any person or any loss, injury or damage to persons or property by
use of products used in applications including, but not limited to, military or military-related
equipment, traffic control equipment, disasterprevention systems and medical or medical
related equipment.
(4) Ramaxel is not responsible for any additional commitment made by any distributor or
dealer beyond the warranty. You should ask for written confirmation from them to ensure
that these additional promises can be honored
 
5.       Remarks
